Wedding Package Terms and Conditions
- Wedding Package Offer is subject to stock availability at time of order confirmation.
- Delivery must be with a 40 mile radius of our stock facility. If outside this radius an extra surcharge will be applied.
- Colour options on swags and chairs are available - subject to stock availability.
- All Wedding Package Offers are available between March - September.
- All ground information to be supplied by the hirer and checked and authorised by the hirer.
- All bookings are for one weekend hire only. Set up and take down dates to be arranged on booking.
- Optional extra's can be arranged, prices on request.
- Optional extra's for flooring needs, prices on request.
- A deposit of 30% is required on confirmation of order.
- Good parking for company vehicles and access required.
- Site visit not included for wedding packages, additional charge may apply.
- Full and final payment required 7 days prior to the event date.
- It is the responsibility of the hirer to insure for all equipment supplied for the whole hire period.
