Wedding Package Terms and Conditions 

• Wedding Package Offer is subject to stock availability at time of order confirmation.
• Delivery must be with a 40 mile radius of our stock facility.  If outside this radius an extra surcharge will be applied.
• Colour options on swags and chairs are available - subject to stock availability.
• All Wedding Package Offers are available between March - September.
• All ground information to be supplied by the hirer and checked and authorised by the hirer.
• All bookings are for one weekend hire only.  Set up and take down dates to be arranged on booking.
• Optional extra's can be arranged, prices on request.
• Optional extra's for flooring needs, prices on request.
• A deposit of 30% is required on confirmation of order.
• Good parking for company vehicles and access required.
• Site visit not included for wedding packages, additional charge may apply.
• Full and final payment required 7 days prior to the event date. 
• It is the responsibility of the hirer to insure for all equipment supplied for the whole hire period.
